The valley photographs move from summer shade to yellow autumn leaves and spring planting. We like having those dates beside the views when choosing a short walk close to town.
A stream valley used for public recreation
The valley follows the Gęśnik stream through northern Zielona Góra. Recent municipal projects have added and maintained recreation facilities here, including a science playground funded through the citizens’ budget.
City events also use the valley for walks, sport and environmental activities. It is an everyday public recreation area, with facilities that can change between the dates in our gallery and a new visit.
Choose a short section and look at the planting
Our photographs return in summer, autumn and spring. We like seeing the yellow leaves and new planting beside the capture dates; it helps explain why the same path feels different on another walk. Choose a small circuit first, then extend it if the day and the paths suit.
Plan the visit
Use current municipal information to check works, events and the facilities you intend to use. Follow established paths around the stream and supervise children at the water. Rope-park or organised activities need their own opening and ticket checks. Expect shared use by local walkers and recreation groups.
